1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and r8888 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the r8888 website at r8888.ws and all related services provided therein. By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the r8888 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the r8888 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the r8888 platform and close your account. r8888 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. 2. Eligibility

In order to register an account and use the r8888 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. r8888 may request documentary evidence to verify any of these criteria at any point:

  You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and maintain the accuracy of this information throughout your time as a registered player. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

  You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee or director of r8888, or any affiliate or service partner of r8888. Such persons are not permitted to hold player accounts or claim promotional offers.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one account on r8888. The following rules apply to the registration, maintenance, and security of your account:

  Single Account Rule. Opening or maintaining more than one account — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances or bonus funds forfeited without notice.

  Credentials Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person. r8888 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the player failed to maintain appropriate credential security.

All information provided at registration and during any KYC verification must be truthful, accurate, and complete. r8888 reserves the right to suspend any account where there is reasonable suspicion of false or inaccurate information having been provided, pending verification.

  Account Closure. You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting r8888 live support. Upon closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the r8888 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

  Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly. r8888 does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

  Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available only to players who have completed KYC verification. KYC verification is a one-time process. Once verified, subsequent withdrawals do not require re-verification unless r8888's risk assessment procedures flag the account for further review.

  Withdrawal Processing Time. Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of submission. Processing times for Visa and Mastercard withdrawals may be longer, subject to card network processing schedules. r8888 does not guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

  Withdrawal Restrictions. Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in the name of the account holder. Withdrawals to third-party payment accounts are not permitted. r8888 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems to require further verification.

  Bonus Balance Withdrawals. Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before the wagering requirement is met will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

r8888 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

  One Welcome Bonus Per Player. The welcome bonus is available to new players making their first deposit. Each eligible player is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once only. r8888 may use technical and identity verification measures to identify and prevent duplicate bonus claims.

  Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated bonus validity period. Failure to complete the wagering requirement within the validity period will result in the bonus and any bonus-generated winnings being removed from the account.

Where bonus abuse is identified, r8888 reserves the right to void the bonus, void any associated winnings, and suspend the account.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the r8888 platform. Any player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any funds held in the account may be subject to forfeiture:

  Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of registration, verification, or account maintenance.

  Opening or operating more than one account, or assisting another person to open a duplicate account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.

  Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection, or using the r8888 platform for any purpose other than genuine recreational wagering with funds that are legitimately owned by the player.

  Engaging in collusion with other players, including sharing information about hole cards in live poker, coordinating bets to exploit bonus terms, or any other form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.

7. Responsible Gaming

You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, visit, or otherwise exploit any portion of the r8888 platform or its content for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of r8888.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, r8888 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the r8888 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if r8888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. r8888's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their r8888 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

r8888 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. r8888 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or lawful for use in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is restricted or prohibited do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

10. Amendments to These Terms

r8888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Non-material changes — including clarifications of existing terms, formatting corrections, and updates to reflect changes in applicable law — may be implemented without advance notice. 11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitral decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
